About the Ingredients:

Alright my loves, let’s get into the 5 exciting ingredients that make our baked Buffalo Cauliflower Wings so dang delicious! First up, we have Gluten Free Flour, which gives the cauliflower a crispy and crunchy texture. Then, there’s Smoked Paprika, adding a smoky flavor that’ll make your taste buds dance! If you like a bit of heat, you’ll love the kick from Cayenne Pepper and the magical marinade. To make it even more flavorful, we’ve got Garlic Powder, bringing that awesome garlicky taste. Lastly, don’t forget the Poultry Seasoning, giving these wings a special touch of meaty yumminess! Get ready for a flavor explosion with these fantastic ingredients!

Cauliflower Florets (Whole Head of Cauliflower)

Cauliflower florets are the star of this crispy Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings! They come from a whole head of cauliflower and are cut into small, bite-sized pieces. When cooked, these florets turn tender and have a mild, slightly nutty taste, making them perfect for soaking up all the delicious flavors of the Buffalo sauce!

Cauliflower is a super cool veggie that’s low in calories but high in nutrients like vitamin C and fiber, which are great for our bodies.

Gluten Free Flour

Alright, let’s talk about the flour we’re using here. It’s called gluten-free flour, which means it doesn’t have something called “gluten.” Gluten is a protein found in regular flour that can sometimes upset the tummies of people with certain sensitivities. But fear not! Gluten-free flour is made from different grains like rice, oats, potato, and chickpeas and is totally safe for everyone. We use this Gluten-free Flour to give our cauliflower wings that crispy, crunchy texture that we all love!

Poultry Seasoning

Now, this seasoning might sound a bit strange since we’re making a vegan recipe, but don’t worry, there’s no actual poultry involved! Poultry seasoning is a mix of herbs and spices like sage, thyme, and rosemary, which are often used to flavor dishes with chicken or turkey. But guess what? It works wonders with cauliflower and mushrooms too! The herbs give our wings a fantastic taste that’ll make you go “mmm” with every bite.

Buffalo Sauce

Get ready for some spicy and tangy goodness! Buffalo sauce is the star of the show when it comes to making Buffalo Cauliflower Wings. It’s a fiery red sauce with a bit of a kick, made from a blend of hot peppers, vinegar, and other zesty ingredients. This vegan sauce is what gives our cauliflower wings that iconic Buffalo flavor that’s so addictive. If you like things a little spicy, you’ll love this sauce!

Mother Raw Ranch Dressing

Time to cool things down with some creamy and refreshing ranch dressing! Mother Raw Ranch Dressing is a plant-based version of the classic cozy dressing we all know and love. It’s made from wholesome ingredients like herbs, garlic, and dairy-free goodness. This ranch dressing is perfect for dipping our spicy cauliflower wings into, providing a lovely balance to the heat. So, if you want to tame the spiciness, this dressing is your go-to sidekick!
