Well…since I starting thriving by eating plant based in 2011 I haven’t been able to satisfy that craving until THIS week when I perfected a magically meaty, vegan version! 🥰 Made with marinated Oyster Mushrooms, fresh chopped Broccoli, and @kikkomanusa Vegan Oyster Sauce all easily baked to perfection, I already know that you’ll be tempted to make this simple sheet pan dinner once a week.
